Nice to Meet You

I'm Jenni — a woman who has walked through the fire and found my way back to the earth.

I remember a morning before the world slowed, running from sunrise to sunset, teaching, performing, transforming bodies. Thirty years in the fitness world. Applause. Achievement. Visible success. Yet beneath it all, I was hollow. I was chasing a ghost called validation. My reflection in the mirror felt like a stranger. My hands knew how to shape others, but I had forgotten how to hold myself.

Welcome. I’m Jenni Alma Rose, a mother, mystic, and movement guide devoted to helping people remember who they are by reconnecting with what is real. Your body. Your breath. The Earth beneath your feet. The quiet inner voice that has known the way all along.

For three decades, I lived at the center of the fitness industry. I trained, performed, built, and achieved. But the cycle of seeking left me depleted.

In March 2020, everything unraveled. My fitness studio closed. My seventeen-year marriage ended. I had three children, little savings, and no clear path forward.

And somehow, that is when the real journey began.

Life cracked me open.

The Void (aka: the Becoming)

When the structures fell away, I stood at the edge of the unknown. My life felt like a bridge over fog, each step suspended in uncertainty. And yet, somewhere in that silence, a doorway appeared. I didn’t know it at first, but the world was asking me to stop running. To listen. To fall open.

I leaned into meditation, ceremony, breathwork, and women’s circles. I let grief move through me. I let fear burn. I touched the land. I spoke to trees. My hands woke up to the energy of holding and witnessing. My body remembered what my mind had forgotten: I could be whole. Even while broken.

Remembering the Earth

And then the land called me, through the dirt under my feet, the cold clarity of spring water, and the song of wind through the trees. Healing became relational, woven with community, ceremony, and Earth.

From that remembering, Alma Terra was born. It is the land I call home, where we gather in the tipi, tend sweat lodges, share cacao and drum, and practice living in right relationship with the Earth.

It's where embodied practice meets stewardship, and community is nourished alongside the soil.

My Work Now

I guide people back to themselves.

Healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering what has always been true.

This work invites you to slow down, to feel, and to come back into right relationship with your body, your community, and the living world around you.

What I Carry in My Bones

I carry fire and water, grief and awe. I’ve walked through divorce, career collapse, perimenopause, and the unspooling of the self I spent decades building. I have descended into shadow and silence, and returned holding medicine: Breath. Song. Ritual. Plant allies. The wisdom that only comes from being broken open and rebuilt.

What I’m Most Proud Of

Not titles. Not retreats. But living my truth, messy and evolving, unpolished and unmasked. I still wobble. I still question. But I no longer abandon myself. And in living this way, I give permission to others to do the same. That is how healing ripples, self to community, community to Earth.

What I Value

Embodiment over performance
Ancestral reverence and land connection
Integrity, even when no one is watching
Inclusivity and belonging
Deep listening to body, Earth, silence, and the unseen

An Invitation

I am not here to fix you. I am here to hold space as you remember.

This work is my soul path. If it resonates, I would be honored to connect.

Training & Lineages

I approach this work with humility, honoring the teachers and traditions that have shaped my path.

Somatic Experiencing Practitioner

Trained in trauma informed somatic therapy, breathwork, and nervous system regulation. My approach is also shaped by more than 30 years working with the human body through movement, including studies in kinesiology and dance, teaching yoga and Pilates, personal training, and running my own studio. I work with the body’s intelligence to support safety, integration, and sustainable transformation.

Earth-Based Facilitation

My work is shaped by time spent in relationship with the land and by learning from those who live in deep connection with it. My permaculture design certification deepened this path, grounding my approach in regenerative land practices. Healing, for me, includes soil, season, and community.

Women's Circle Leadership

I facilitate women’s circles and community gatherings rooted in truth telling, shared ritual, and embodied presence. Influenced by Celtic earth traditions and the Rose lineage, this work honors sovereignty, cyclical living, and feminine wisdom.

Service and Reciprocity

Service is a core part of my path. From my early years traveling with Up With People to the service based retreats and land projects I help facilitate today, I believe healing must extend beyond the individual. This work is rooted in reciprocity, giving back to communities and the living systems that sustain us.

Indigenous Wisdom Lineages

I have studied with Wisdom Keepers of Hawaiian, Klamath, Huni Kuin, Mayan, and Andean traditions. I share this with respect, as a student, carrying forward principles of reciprocity and right relationship.

Energy Work and Sound Healing

Reiki I, II, and Master trained, with additional training in heart-brain coherence and sound healing. My current work integrates intuitive energy facilitation, voice, and vibration to support regulation and embodied healing.

How I Work

These values guide how I create, facilitate, and hold space.

Earth-Rooted

I believe healing happens in relationship with the land. Our bodies are not separate from nature. We are nature. When we return to the rhythms of soil, season, and sky, we remember who we are.

Embodied

Your body is the wisest teacher you will ever have. This work is not about transcending your humanity, but fully inhabiting it with presence, compassion, and trust.

Community

We heal in relationship, not isolation. The spaces we create are containers for witnessing, belonging, and shared responsibility. The work we do together ripples outward, restoring connection within family, community, and the living systems we depend on.
