About Jenni Alma Rose

I’m Jenni Alma Rose — a mother, mystic, and movement guide, here to help you remember who you really are by reconnecting with what’s real: your body, your breath, the Earth beneath your feet, and the inner voice that’s been whispering to you all along. It’s the one that knows the way.

For over 30 years, I lived at the center of the fitness industry — training, performing, and helping others transform their bodies. But beneath the surface, I was chasing something that never truly fulfilled me: external validation.

How I looked. What I achieved. Who was watching. How I was perceived. It was a cycle of seeking that left me empty.

I was exhausted, and burnout ensued.

In March 2020, my world began to unravel. My brick-and-mortar fitness studio shut down. By fall, I had exited a 17-year marriage with three children, little savings, and no clear career path ahead.

And somehow… that’s when the real journey began.
Life cracked me open.

The Void (aka: the Becoming)

I experienced what many call the Dark Night of the Soul — and was met by the Void, the space between who I’d been and who I was yet to become. I didn’t know it at the time, but I was crossing a bridge — suspended in the unknown.

In that sacred pause, I found the doorway back to myself.

Through meditation, ceremony, sister circles, breath and healing journeys, I discovered a new way of being.

It was in the stillness that my inner voice called me home. There was a stirring inside — and I began to remember. My hands awakened with energy. I knew, without a doubt, they were meant to heal. I was meant to help heal, to hold space, to serve.

I immersed myself in sound healing, reiki, breathwork, and heart-brain coherence — not because it was trending, but because it was medicine. And in the whirlwind of the storm, I began to find ground. I became my own guidepost. I began to shine my light.

I started offering what I was learning, and slowly, something ancient yet new began to take root.

As the world continued to shift, I felt an undeniable call to return to the Earth. To gather in ceremonial circles. To grow food with community. To reimagine what healing could look like — not just for the individual, but for the planet.

Alma Terra is being born from this vision — a land-based sanctuary rooted in regeneration, remembrance, and right relationship.

My Work Now

These days, I serve as a community weaver, land steward, and guide for embodied transformation. That’s a fancy way of saying: I help people come back to themselves.

Because when you reconnect with your body, breath, and spirit — when your bare feet touches soil — something vital emerges within.
Your wisdom. Your truth. Your authenticity, your path, your purpose.
It’s undeniable. It’s unshakeable.

It doesn’t need outside approval. You feel who you are.
You remember that you are already whole. And that changes everything.

Healing isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about reclaiming who we’ve always been.

This work isn’t about performance.
It’s about permission.
To slow down. To listen. To feel.
To come back into right relationship — with self, with source, with community, and with the Earth.

What I Know (in My Bones)

I don’t list all my certifications here (though I’ve got them).
What I carry is lived. Felt. Embodied.

I’ve walked through the fires of divorce, identity death, career collapse, and the crumbling of a sense of self I held for over four decades.
I’ve danced with grief. Navigated perimenopause. Reclaimed my voice.
I’ve rebuilt from the inside out, from the roots up — anchored in authenticity, fueled by devotion.

I’ve traveled to the depths of the underworld of my own being — into shadow, silence, and the places most try to avoid — and I crawled back out carrying medicine. Plant allies, ritual, breath, song, and the wisdom that only comes from descent and return.

What I’m Most Proud Of

Not a retreat. Not a title.
I’m most proud of living in my truth — not the polished version, but the evolving, messy, real one.

Not because it’s always graceful — I still wobble, I still question.

But I’ve stopped abandoning myself.

And when I live that way — unmasked, with all the spirals, softness, and strength — it gives other people permission to do the same.

It ripples.

I’m not here to fix anyone.
I’m here to walk beside you while you remember.

That’s the work.
That’s the medicine.

And when we heal ourselves, we heal communities.
And we heal the planet.

What I Value

Embodiment over performance

Ancestral reverence & land connection

Integrity, even when no one’s watching

Inclusivity & acceptance — all parts, all people, all stories are welcome

Listening deeply — to the Earth, to the body, to the silence, to the unseen
